Ross McClelland
Ross McClelland was called to the Scottish bar in 2011. Before that, he worked as a commercial litigation solicitor having qualified in 2001. His legal practice focuses on commercial and property law, and he served as junior counsel to the Edinburgh Tram Inquiry. He is a graduate of Aberdeen and Cambridge Universities
John MacGregor KC
John MacGregor is a graduate of the University of Glasgow and the University of Oxford (St Hugh’s college). He called to the bar in 2007 and was appointed King's Counsel in 2020. He specialises in commercial and public law. He has significant experience in public procurement law, having acted in most of the significant Scottish cases in the past decade.
David Anderson
David Anderson joined the Inquiry in February 2020. He worked with the Chair on the terms of reference and has been responsible for setting up the infrastructure that supports the Inquiry. A key part of his work has been to engage a team of skilled professionals to progress the work of the Inquiry.
The Right Honourable Lord Brodie KC PC
Philip Brodie was appointed a judge of the Supreme Courts in 2002 and a member of the Inner House in 2012. He became a member of the Privy Council in 2013.
