Provisional Position Papers 11 and 12 published
The Inquiry has published Provisional Position Papers 11 and 12, which focus on the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow.
Provisional Position Paper 11 covers the topic of potentially deficient features of the water systems of at the hospital, including the children’s wards at the Royal Hospital for Children within the QEUH.

The purpose of these papers is to assist the Chair in addressing the terms of reference in respect of the built environment of the hospitals.
Further papers will be composed and published during the course of the year. Provisional Position Papers present the Inquiry’s current understanding of the issues being examined, however stances are subject to change as the investigation progresses.
